 pproved.\n\nAgenda Item #2: Proposal to organize IEEE CIS Expert Lecture S
 eries\n\nDiscussion: As per the discussion held in Agenda item #2 of the m
 inutes of the meeting held on Dec 8th\, 2021\, Chairman introduced that th
 e fifth talk on Dec 17th\, 2021 during IEEE CIS Expert Lectures Series on 
 Computational Intelligence will be delivered by Prof. Nishchal K. Verma\, 
 IIT Kanpur\, India. The title of the talk was “Deep Learning and Artific
 ial Intelligence”. The session was chaired by Prof. Vrijendra Singh\, Ch
 airman\, CIS Chapter\, IEEE UP Section (CIS11). Prof. Singh introduced the
  speaker and at the end of the talk\, the session was concluded with a vot
 e of thanks.\n\nAction Item: The details of the talk will be made availabl
 e on the chapter’s webpage and e-certificates will be issued to the atte
 ndees.\n\nAgenda Item #3: Proposal to organize a contest/award for AI-base
 d product development for helping the society and promoting the IEEE CIS\n
 \nDiscussion: As per the discussion held in Agenda item #3 of the minutes 
 of the meeting held on Dec 16th\, 2021\, Chairman put forth the further de
 tails and name of the proposal to organize a contest/award for the “Deve
 lopment of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Android App for awareness
  of COVID-19 with telemedicine facility to manage the pandemic fear among 
 the Hindi speaking village people of UP state” to the members present in
  the meeting. Chairman requested the members to provide their suggestions 
 to further publicize the contest/award.\n\nAction Item: The contest will b
 e posted on the chapter’s webpage and will be circulated among students\
 , industry personnel\, researchers\, etc.\n\nAgenda Item #4: Proposal to o
 rganize workshops/ conferences/ challenges/ hands-on\n\nDiscussion: As per
  the discussion held in Agenda item #2 of the minutes of the meeting held 
 on Dec 13th\, 2021\, Chairman appreciated the ideas received by Dr. Aparna
  Dixit. Further\, Chairman requested Dr. Aparna Dixit to present a detaile
 d proposal for organizing workshops/ conferences/ challenges/ hands-on in 
 the next ExCom meeting.\n\nAction Item: Dr. Aparna Dixit gave her consent 
 to present a detailed proposal in the next ExCom meeting to be held on Dec
  20th\, 2021.\n\nThe meeting was adjourned with a vote of thanks at 07:15
