 gh University SWE (Lead: Xiaochen Guo):\n- The event will be renamed [Lehi
 gh Valley IEEE WIE and CS Networking and Mentorship Event for Students](ht
 tps://events.vtools.ieee.org/m/300930)\n- The event will by jointly hosted
  by WIE and CS. Bonnie will be the moderator.\n- Christine will provide a 
 list of Panelists to Bonnie. Christine will contact all panelists to let t
 hem know to create 2-3 slides about themselves\, to talk for 4-5 minutes.\
 n- Bonnie will produce a flyer for the event\; Bonnie\, Carole and Maria w
 ill then publicize the event to their students\, to aim for a larger audie
 nce.\n\n-  Science Research Institute at Albright College (Lead: Bonnie Rh
 ode):\n- Bonnie met with Adele Slade\, the SRI director.\n- A date of Apri
 l 13th at 6pm is tentatively proposed\; limit attendees to 20 or 30. Possi
 bility of hybrid meeting\; Bonnie will check if her equipment supports thi
 s.\n- Possible need for tech/eng experts to speak at SRI in the future\; t
 heir list of outreach programs is large.\n\nNew Business\n\n- Al Rotz offe
 red to contact Prof. Karen Panetta from Tufts as a potential speaker. It w
 as decided that Al should ask\, potentially for September. The meeting cou
 ld be virtual or hybrid depending on her preference.\n- Carole Carey\, the
  Region 2 WIE Chair\, dropped in to talk to us.\n- It was agreed that we s
 hould attend a special R2 meeting on March 14th at 7:30pm\, to introduce o
 urselves to the R2 WIE representatives. We will talk about the Panel Discu
 ssion Event.\n- Her follow-up email covers funding and being added to the
