The conference was co-sponsored by Beijing Electronics Society\, I EEE Nanjing Section AP/MTT/EMC Joint Chapter\, organized by IEEE SSCS Guan gzhou Chapter and Sun Yat-sen University\, and supported by Beijing Associ ation for Science and Technology. Nearly 200 experts\, scholars and resear chers from China\, Italy\, Switzerland\, Japan\, Singapore\, the Netherlan ds\, Brazil\, Kuwait\, Hong Kong\, Macao and other countries and regions a ttended the conference. The theme of this year's conference is "Sensors\, Integrated Circuits and Systems for an Intelligent Society". The conferenc e aims to exchange the latest technological achievements in the field of I NTEGRATED circuit design\, technology and applications\, as well as interd isciplinary convergence in today's society. There were 2 plenary presentat ions\, 6 turtorials\, 6 keynotes\, and 25 sub-session presentations.\nProf essor Zhihua Wang of Tsinghua University\, chairman of the conference\, ga ve a warm welcome speech at the opening ceremony. Professor Wang reviewed the history of THE ICTA conference. It has been three years since the firs t ICTA conference was held in Beijing in 2018. More and more students\, re searchers\, professors and engineers have conducted academic and technical exchanges at ICTA to show their research achievements\, and ICTA has beco me an important international academic event for IC. Professor Wang expres sed his sincere thanks to all the participants\, volunteers and organizers .
