In addition to a high-level discussion of these issues\, the presentation will show portions of a state-of-the-art systems engineering model in Uni fied Architecture Framework (UAF) that models the market structure\, the p layers\, and their behaviors. The simulation capabilities of the model wil l also be shown\, demonstrating how changes in the policy parameters can c hange the behavior of the players in the market.
