DESCRIPTION:Eligibility: The Student Circuit Design Competition invites the
  IEEE Student Branches and Eta Kappa Nu Chapters at universities throughou
 t IEEE Region 5.\n\n- Each Student Section may send one team composed of t
 wo undergraduate students for the competition.\n-  Team substitutions are 
 at the discretion of the competition chair.\n- The students must register 
 for the IEEE Region 5 Student Conference Circuits Competition. (See below.
 )\n- The students must be a current or pending IEEE or IEEE-Eta Kappa Nu m
 ember.\n- Beyond the student conference registration and IEEE membership\,
  there are no additional costs.\n\nIntent to Compete and Registration\n\nE
 ach team MUST complete the online Intent to Compete form (below) and [Regi

 on is needed per team. Please register under the name of one of the team m
 embers and include on the form the team name that was submitted on the Int
 ent to Compete form. A deposit of $25 per team is required with the regist
 ration. This deposit will be refunded after the competition to those who p
