On 20th June 2021 IEEE SB GEC Palakkad\, put forward an amazing online mirage mentalism sho w by Mr Sravan Shudhakaran\, former Joint Volunteer Secretary\, NSS UNIT 2 33\, former LINK Representative\, IEEE SIMAT SB\, Kerala Section Founder\, Amateur Magician Virtual Community Co-Founder & CEO\, EXELARC Group Found er & Consultant\, also a LUCID Consultancy Student Coordinator (India)\, I nternshala Master Trainer\, Sannadhasena Palakkad District Rover\, Bharat Scouts & Guides HR Executive.\n\nThis brilliant mind and the very talented person has also proven his abilities as a Mentalist\, Hypnotist\, Psychol ogical Illusionist\, Soft skill Trainer\, Adventure Activist & Trainer\, S hadowgrapher\, Sand Artist\, Life Coach & Personal Consultant.\n\nMentalis m is a discipline or tradition that has existed for thousands of years and mentalists are the people who practice and master it. Mentalists can be c lairvoyants\, psychics and magicians\, who have all perfected their profic iency by observing and learning human behaviour and duplicating the observ ed behaviour back to those of whom they had observed. Mentalism can includ e mind reading\, illusions\, hypnotism\, street magic\, card tricks\, etc. \, hence Mentalism is a performing art in which its masters\, present accu rate\, bona fide intuitive or mental skills. Performances or acts can incl ude the use of telepathy\, divination\, clairvoyance\, hypnosis\, psychoki nesis\, mediumship\, precognition\, mind control\, and memory demonstratio ns. Because of the type of capabilities that are demonstrated\, mentalists are sometimes considered psychic entertainers.\n\nThe event started at 4 pm with the introduction of Mr Sravan. Followed by a little talk with the participants. He then talked about the wonderful and amazing things about mentalism and its impact on his life. He then showed us some magic tricks involving the audience\, like clairvoyance\, mind reading\, card tricks\, predictions. He advised people who were interested in mentalism careers. H e interacted with the participants asking them about their experiences wit h the event topic. He was very much interested and willing to talk with us and clear our doubts about mentalism. He indeed expanded our knowledge an d our perceptiveness about the fabulous things a human mind can do. It was a very good interactive session for us. Even if it was an online session there was no problem with facial communication because everyone had their camera on for the entire session. Most of the session involved interaction between the participants where everyone asked their questions and had the m cleared.\n\nIt was a short but very good session and we all enjoyed it v ery much\, thanks to Mr. Sravan who was an excellent host.
