 1: Ratification of minutes of the previous meeting.\n\nDiscussion: The min
 utes of the previous meeting were approved with the consent of members pre
 sent in the meeting.\n\nAgenda Item #2: Office bearers for the year 2022.\
 n\nDiscussion: With the consent of members present in the meeting\, the li
 st of office bearers for the year 2022 was suggested by the Chairman subje
 ct to that one must be an IEEE CIS member. The executive committee members
  for the year 2022 are as follows:\n\nChairman - Prof. Vrijendra Singh\n\n
 Vice-Chairman - Dr. Sujeet Mishra and Prof. R. K. Misra\n\nSecretary - Pro

  from January 2022 and the office bearers will be reported to IEEE CIS. It
  is mandatory to become an IEEE CIS member to hold a position in the execu
 tive committee body. Hence\, the members must renew their membership for t
 he year 2022 on or before Jan 30\, 2022.\n\nThe meeting was adjourned with
