 ins built for prototype vehicles shipped globally. She has been an employe
 e at Ford Motor Company for 24 years with 18 of those years spent on the F
 ord Windsor Operations site. Today\, Sandy is responsible for three facili
 ties in Southeast Michigan. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor
  with a Bachelor of Applied Science Electrical Engineering. Her passions i
 nclude working toward closing the gender gap in STEM related fields\, ment
