 r. Nafees Mansoor\, a Senior Member of IEEE and the adviser of the IEEE UL
 AB Student Branch.\n\nThe panel discussion will be conducted by a flock of
  graduate students of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh who were I
 EEE ULAB Student Members at their time. The panel discussion speakers will
  be there to answer IEEE Student Members&#39; questions and give their perspec
 tives on higher education. The IEEE Education Week 2022 celebration entitl
 ed “Move up the Career Ladder - a Panel Discussion about Higher Educatio
 n Abroad” is open to all IEEE Members of any IEEE Student Branches.\n\nM
 oderator Profile:\n\nDr. Nafees Mansoor is a researcher and recipient of t
 he Best Research Proposal Award at JACTIM Research Proposal Contest\, 2012
  (Malaysia)\, the best paper awards at ICAICT 2016 (Bangladesh)\, RISP-NCC
 P 2015 (Malaysia)\, AUN/SEED-Net ICEEE 2014 (Malaysia)\, and MJJIS 2013 (J
 apan). He started serving as an Assistant Professor in the CSE Dept. at th
 e University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) in 2016. Besides that\, he 
 is an associate editor of IEEE Access®\, an award-winning\, multidiscipli
 nary journal. His research interests cover Cognitive Radio Networks\, Wire
 less Communications\, and Network Protocols &amp; Standards mostly. He finishe
 d his Ph.D. from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He received his BSc 
 degree in Computer Science (Cum Laude honored) and an MSc degree in Teleco
 mmunication Engineering from Independent University\, Bangladesh (IUB).\n\
 nSpeakers Information:\n\n- Speaker 1: Abrar Hasin Kamal\n\nHe is pursuing
  his Master&#39;s in data science at Universität Potsdam\, Germany. He comple
 ted his graduation in Computer Science and Engineering from the University
