Mr. Ho olihan has been a member of the IEEE since 1983 and is currently a Life Se nior Member. From 1998-1999 he was President of the IEEE EMC Society and h as served on its Board of Directors for many years since 1987. He has held numerous leadership positions within the EMC Society and currently serves as Chair of the History Committee.
