 ction video about the benefits of IEEE was presented to the participants t
 o provide them with guidance to use the platform effectively. The website 
 page of Sri Sairam Institute of Technology was launched. The social media 
 pages that were created for the institution’s IEEE societies were presen
 ted. Step-by-step instructions were given to create an @ieee.org e-mail id
  for individual IEEE members. The web-hosting permissions were explained a
 nd participants were instructed on how to operate vtools. The design of th
 e website was discussed and new SB volunteers were called. Finally\, the v
