 iprasad addressed the students and explained the benefits of learning and 
 career development. This Expert Talk is aimed to impart knowledge on caree
 r management\, career decision\, career goals and implementation strategy.
  The resource person explained career problem-solving process\, career dev
 elopment challenges and how to overcome them. He addressed the challenges 
 in Generational Communication\, Uncertainty after Promotion and the Career
  Growth Conversation. Totally 130 students have benefited by this Program.
