 merging Technologies for Communications (ICETC2022) organized by IEICE. Th
 e conference is going to be held from November 29 to December 1\, 2022 at 
 Waseda University\, Tokyo\, Japan.\n\nThe 2022 International Conference on
  Emerging Technologies for Communications (ICETC2022) will be held at Masa
 ru Ibuka Auditorium - International Conference Center\, Waseda University 
 (Waseda Campus)\, Tokyo\, Japan\, November 29th - December 1st\, 2022. Thi
 s is the flagship international conference covering all the technical fiel
 ds by IEICE Communications Society. The objectives of the conference are s
 ynergistic effects beyond the technical fields\, expansion of research are
 as and development of young researchers. This international conference is 
 a place for discussions\; therefore\, not only recent research results but
  also preliminary results at initial stage on a research are welcomed. Aut
 hors can select oral or poster presentation at paper submission. ICETC2022
  Committee will also present best paper awards\, best poster presentation 
 awards and student presentation awards. Papers describing original results
  in all aspects of emerging technologies for communications are invited. T
