This event is organized to dem onstrate support for environmental protection and create awareness among s tudents.\n\nMrs.S.E.Pravena\, Assistant Professor\, DBM Programme coordina tor\, SES REC\, IIC Member\, started the session by welcoming all the facu lty coordinators\, student coordinators\, and participants. She then went on to explain the agenda of the meeting and urged audiences to utilize the session properly. Dr. Menaka Bammadi\, Innovations Ambassador & ARIIA Nod al Officer addressed the meeting and gave her valuable insights.\n\nMr. Gi ridhar Kolanupaka firstly thanked the organizers of the event for giving h im the opportunity to connect with the students. Mr. Giridhar Kolanupaka s tarted his session by explaining the importance of earth day\, why is it c elebrated\, and why it needs to be celebrated. He explained about the reas ons for the pollution and the things which will cause damage to the earth. He explained how energy conservation could save the earth. Mr. Giridhar K olanupaka briefed on his role in energy conservation. He presented his dai ly routine which includes waste management\, Energy conservation\, and usi ng a bicycle instead of a motorcycle. He shared pictures of him doing the above activities. Mr. Giridhar Kolanupaka also shared the pictures of him\ , his friend\, and his family participating in the environmental awareness programs. Mr. Giridhar Kolanupaka advised the participants to follow sust ainable practices and save the earth for future generations.\n\nMr. I Nars imha swamy addressed the gathering and shared what earth day means to him\ , he shared his contribution and commitment towards environmentally friend ly activities. Mr. I Narsimha swamy expressed his gratitude to Mr. Giridha r Kolanupaka for readily accepting to deliver the webinar over his busy sc hedule.
