DESCRIPTION:It is with great pleasure that we announce the 2023 IEEE 12th I
 nternational Conference on Engineering Education (ICEED2022)\, which will 
 be held from the 29th to the 30th of August 2023 in Pullman Kuala Lumpur\,
  Malaysia. ICEED 2022 will be organized by IEEE Education Society Malaysia
  Chapter and co-organized by Engineering and Technical Research Group (EnT
 ER)\, School of Electrical Engineering\, University Teknologi MARA\, Shah 
 Alam Malaysia and Harbin Institute of Technology\, China. The theme of ICE
 ED2022 is “Engineering Education Reset: Exploiting digital transformatio
 n in teaching and learning”.\n\nThe proceedings of ICEED 2022 may be eli
 gible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library\, once they meet 
 the requirements of an IEEE quality review. Authors are invited to submit 
 full papers describing original research. Areas of interest includes\, but
