However\, access to this technology is limited as is the infrastructure to scale the manufacture and dissemin ation of polymer interfaces. The Polymer Implantable Electrode (PIE) Found ry is a new resource concept that provides rapid access to custom or gener ic microelectrode arrays to the research community and borrows from pathwa ys for project space sharing from the integrated circuit manufacturing ind ustry.
