DESCRIPTION:The IEEE WIE International Leadership Summits are small- to-med
 ium-scale events held on a local level throughout the world focusing on Em
 powerment\, Entrepreneurship\, Leadership\, and Emerging/Disruptive Techno
 logy.\n\nWIE Summits provide regional opportunities for networking\, mento
 rship\, training\, and collaboration. ILS aims to provide a forum for wome
 n in technology to network with peers and gain insights from industry/entr
 epreneurship/academia/government leaders. Attendees share their unique poi
 nts of view through real-life projects and experiences\, discuss lessons l
 earned\, identify challenges and limitations\, and collaborate on critical
  skills for leadership development projects in teams.\n\nUp to ten WIE Sum
 mits will be conducted globally in 2022 in different countries. The second
  edition of WIE ILS in Tunisia will be held by WIE Sup’Com Affinity Grou
 p on the 5th and 6th of November 2022. It will be divided into ceremonies\
 , team building\, workshops\, mentoring sessions\, and competitions mainly
  on the topic of “The empowerment of women in rural areas”. Internatio
 nal speakers will be present. To summarize\, ILS Tunisia 2022 is a 2-day e
