DESCRIPTION:The International Conference on Electrical Sciences and Technol
 ogies in Maghreb (CISTEM)\, is a federative event that brings together the
  Maghrebian electrical specialists. It is also a performant exchange chann
 el aiming to increase inter-Maghreb interactions and international visibil
 ity.\n\nThe first three editions in Tunis\, Marrakech and Algeries (CISTEM
  2014\, CISTEM 2016 and CISTEM 2018) were successful as around 230 researc
 hers have participated for each. In addition\, some of CISTEM papers were 
 published in IEEE Xplore\, while others were edited in partnership with ma
 ny high-impact journals.\n\nCISTEM is becoming a regular biennial event th
 at aims to organize a wide number of plenary conferences\, round tables\, 
 tutorials as well as special workshops dealing with the wide fields of Ele
 ctric Engineering related topics.\n\nThe 4th edition of CISTEM\, CISTEM 20
 22\, will be held in Tunis from October 26th to 28th\, 2022. This event fo
 resees the participation of maghrebian and international exhibitors\, as w
 ell as round tables to exchange experiences about cooperation between Indu
 stry and University. Furthermore\, CISTEM 2022 aims to reinforce maghrebia
 n networks for research in Electrical Sciences and Technologies and extend
  them to European ones. A particular focus will be addressed on Socio-Econ
 omic challenges of Energetic and Technological transition in these regions
