DESCRIPTION:IEEE MIT Undergraduate Research Technology Conference 2022 is p
 roud to host an iTryRobotic workshop at the MIT Stata Center in Cambridge 
 MA. This workshop will introduce the world of robotics to children by guid
 ing them to build and program a Lego Mindstorm robot. The children will en
 joy problem-solving and will develop interpersonal skills through working 
 in a collaborative team setting as they learn to create a simple computer 
 program that controls the behavior of a robot. They also will have the opp
 ortunity to develop creative designs to solve engineering challenges. Thes
 e skills lay a strong foundation for future study in Computer Science and 
 Engineering\, Math\, Mechanical Engineering and other STEM (Science Techno
 logy Engineering Math) related subject areas.\n\nDesigned for: 4th to 10th
  grade children\n\nFee: An adult registration is required for each child.
