DESCRIPTION:Chair IEEE COMSOC Lahore chapter Mr. Kashif Bashir participated
  in IEEE Lahore Section Annual General Meeting. He delivered a presentatio
 n on the year 2021 activities organized in the different Universities of P
 akistan.First\, he talked about UMT Conference ICIC-2021. Around140 resear
 ch articles were presented in ICIC-2021 by national and international auth
 ors. The Invited Speakers were from USA\, Malaysia\, United Kindom\, UAE a
 nd Saudi Arabia. In ICOSST 2021 conference collectively 243 researchers su
 bmitted their manuscripts from various countries including Pakistan\, Chin
 a\, India\, Thailand\, Indonesia\, Malaysia\; only a handful top quality 2
 1 papers were accepted by the Technical Evaluation Committee qualifying th
 e merit-based criteria The invited speakers were from Canada\, Malaysia\, 
 Estonia\, USA\, Qatar\, China.IEEE Comsoc also organized first episode of 
 virtual summit on artificial intelligence in information and communication
  2021 where 5 top invited speakers gave presentation on Control and Decisi
 on Systems\, Cyber Security\, Image Processing\, Computer Vision\, Data Sc
 ience and Health care. Brianiac Student competition was also organized by 
 IEEE Comsoc and total of Rs. 100000 prize money was given to the wining st
 udents. As Chair he participated in MVRC (Member Value Research Congress) 
 which was held on 7-8 December 2021 at IEEE Global Communication Conferenc
 e Spain. Due to Covid-19 he attended the meeting and conference virtually.
  Two ComSoc Lahore Chapter’s student members Ms. Alina and Tanveer were 
 Honorary Mentioned in the 2021 ComSoc Student Competition "Communications
