  talk a short history of the IEEE will be presented\, starting from the pi
 oneers Volta\, Ampere\, Faraday\, Ohm\, Maxwell\, Pacinotti\, and Marconi\
 , to the Founders Edison and Bell\, then to give an insight to the territo
 rial and specialty organization\, and to the Italy Section formed in 1958
