DESCRIPTION:Leadership is the ability to guide others without force into a 
 direction or decision that leaves them still feeling empowered and accompl
 ished. In today’s world\, we are required to make a lot of decisions on 
 anything of importance\, and we must embrace the qualities of leadership t
 o truly know how it is to take charge of matters\, guide others and learn 
 valuable things from experience. Owing to the importance of leadership in 
 today’s era\, in this iteration of the ForBy Series hosted by the IEEE S
 tudent Branch of Sri Sairam Institute of Technology\, “Build Yourself 
 – Leadership Talk” was held on Saturday\, 24th December 2022\, at 7:30
 pm – 8:30pm\, open to students who are willing to learn leadership trait
 s. The guest speaker\, Sri Ranjani Chellam M\, is a sophomore student of E
 lectrical and Electronics Engineering\, from Sri Sairam Institute of Techn
 ology\, who was presented with the 2022 GELP Global Leadership Award in No
 vember 2022. The event started off with a welcome address from Nandini L\,
  2nd Year IT\, Sri Sairam Institute of Technology\, followed by the guest 
 speaker discussing her experiences with GELP\, how she went on to acquire 
 such traits\, shared a PowerPoint\, elaborating on how one can improve the
 mselves. Afterwards\, the mic was passed to the audience\, whose insightfu
 l questions helped everyone learn more\, and Nandini concluded the event w
 ith a Vote of Thanks. The event was attended by more than 100 people and D
 r G.Saritha\, the IEEE SB Counselor presided over the event.\n\nSri Sairam
