DESCRIPTION:In this talk I will present some new results that have helped i
 mprove our understanding of the ways in which RF and magnetic fields can a
 ffect biological systems. It has been an open question if cell phones and 
 magnetic fields from powerlines can cause cancers and other health problem
 .\n\nNew data will be presented showing both increase and decrease in the 
 growth rates of cancer cells upon exposure to weak RF and magnetic fields 
 along with changes in the concentrations of reactive oxygen and other biol
 ogical signaling molecules. Additionally\, we have observed the emission f
 rom growing fibrosarcoma cells and bacteria of about 10-13W in the range o
 f 0.5 MHz to 10MHz indicating the possibility a short-range communication
