DESCRIPTION:On 8th February\, IEEE IGDTUW organized a session to introduce 
 and shed light on the\nLinkedIn CoachIn mentorship program for women engin
 eering students. The program was\nexclusively for second-year B.Tech colle
 ge students with a minimum of 70% CGPA. The\nsession saw immense participa
 tion of 80+ students out of which 30+ were IEEE members.\nThe event featur
 ed two prestigious speakers\, Simran Saigal and Manaswini De\, who have\np
 reviously been part of the LinkedIn CoachIn program. Simran Saigal is an U
 berStar intern.\nShe has also cracked the Uber She++ program. Manaswini De
  is an upcoming SDE intern at\nMotorQ who has also cracked the LinkedIn Co
 achIn program. She has previously been a\ntrainee under DRDO.\n\nThe two n
 otable speakers were present to provide insightful information to the atte
 ndees.\nThe session saw an immense response from over 100+ participants. T
 he speakers shared\ntheir personal experiences of the selection process\, 
 which started with a simple registration\nform on the CoachIn website. A H
 ackerrank test followed this\, a phone screening round\, and\na final sele
 ction round. They gave tips to the students to crack the various rounds. T
 hey also\ndiscussed the benefits of the mentorship program those who were 
 selected were given\ncourses to develop their technical and soft skills\, 
 LinkedIn Premium for six months\, and a\nmonthly learning path with resour
 ces to prepare for the upcoming internship season. They\nwere also assigne
 d a mentor from LinkedIn who provided one-to-one guidance\, conducted\nmoc
 k tests and interviews\, and familiarized them with various interview situ
 ations.\n\nThe program had numerous perks\, including cohort mentoring ses
 sions on technical topics\,\nexperience sharing from LinkedIn employees\, 
 and interactive sessions. The mock tests and\ninterviews allowed the mente
 es to upgrade themselves and receive constructive feedback\non their perfo
 rmance. The program&#39;s focus on providing practical learning opportunities\
 ,\nmentorship\, and access to industry experts makes it an excellent oppor
 tunity for aspiring\nwomen engineers\n\nThe session was informative and pr
 ovided valuable insights into the LinkedIn CoachIn\nprogram. The students 
 were also really interactive and asked questions to resolve their\ndoubts.
