DESCRIPTION:IEEE IGDTUW conducted an informative and instructive session on
  the &#39;Uber She++&#39; program\,\nwhich took place on 14th Feb 2023. The sessio
 n saw an immense response for 140+ students\nwith 50+ being IEEE members.\
 nThe featured guest speakers for the session were Sonanshi Goel\, an upcom
 ing SWE intern at\nMicrosoft\, an UberSTAR intern and an Uber She++ winner
 \, and Chaynika Arora\, an upcoming\nSWE intern at Uber\, who has also cra
 cked LinkedIn Coachin&#39; 22 and has been an UberSTAR\nintern and Uber She++ 
 winner.\nThe session was aimed to discuss the requirements for eligibility
 \, the application process\, the\ntimeline\, the perks of the Uber She++ p
 rogram\, and the Uber Star intern process.\nSecond-year B.Tech students\, 
 third-year students with a dual degree\, female students\, and\nstudents w
 ith disabilities are among those who meet the program&#39;s eligibility requir
 ements.\nThe application process involves filling out the Uber She++ regis
 tration form provided by the\ncollege\, followed by selecting the top 75 c
 andidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their\nresumes. These candid
 ates are also given a direct interview opportunity for the UberSTAR\ninter
 nship.\nThe timeline for the Uber She++ program starts in February and the
  results are announced in\nthe same month. The selected candidates are giv
 en the opportunity to attend the two-day event\,\nwhich takes place in lat
 e March.\nFurther\, the UberSTAR application form is also released around 
 the end of April and the\ninterview results are revealed in May.\nThe perk
 s of being a part of the program included an opportunity to attend the con
 ference held\nby Uber and network with Uber women leaders\, a direct inter
 view opportunity for She++ selects\nfor the third-year internship when Ube
 r comes on campus. The other benefits were\, an\nopportunity to interview 
 for the Uber star internship and a return offer for the third-year interns
 hip\nif you clear the interview round.\nThe session was a success and the 
 speakers were the guiding light as they answered several\nqueries related 
 to the Uber She++ program and shared their personal insights and guidance
