  ISLAMABAD\, IEEE Women in Engineering COMSATS ISLAMABAD and IEEE Women in
  Engineering Stamford University Bangladesh SB AG\, the webinar was very f
 ruitful. The technical partners were IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chap
 ter\, IEEE Photonic Society Bangladesh Chapter and IEEE Power &amp; Energy Soc
 iety Kenya Chapter. In the future\, opportunities for women are expected t
 o expand and grow in many different areas. As society continues to recogni
 ze the valuable contributions of women\, more doors are opening for them t
 o pursue careers\, leadership roles\, and entrepreneurial ventures. Women 
 are increasingly pursuing education and training in STEM fields\, traditio
 nally male-dominated areas\, and are also making strides in politics and b
 usiness.\n\nTwo sessions were held on the topic of what opportunities will
  be available for women in the future. There were 67 attendees\, 49 of who
 m were IEEE members. The speaker of the first session was Sihinta Sabin Kh
 an\, Creative Director and Head\, Sabah Khan Company. She is an entreprene
 ur. She expressed her story of struggling to establish her business. She a
 lso shared information about her previous employment. She expressed her di
 fferent feelings as a jobholder and a businessperson. So that women get a 
 clear picture of job life and business life and can differentiate between 
 them. The speaker of the second session was Chaltu Marta\, ALI\, Humanitar
 ian Engineering\, Chair of the IEEE Power and Energy Society Kenya. She ex
 pressed her lifestyle and her experiences in the job sector. She also disc
 ussed the benefits of engineering and the future scope of women in the job
  sector. From sessions 1 and 2\, the participants got a clear picture of t
 he job sector\, which will help them set their goals. These two sessions w
