 event on &quot; Launch of Being a Women: Dialogue Series&quot; was successfully host
 ed by the PCCOE IEEE student branch in association with the IEEE Pune sect
 ion and WiE Affinity group\, Pune section.\n\nHowever\, the series is the 
 first-of-its-kind initiative that not only focuses on understanding the ch
 allenges and opportunities for women in their profession but also hopes to
  initiate a dialogue on creating an enabling environment for greater integ
 ration of female students.\n\nThe panel consisted of\n\n- Dr. Uma Ganesh N
 atrajan: co-founder of 5F World\, Global Talent Track\n- Dr. Surekha Deshm
 ukh: Chair IEEE Pune section\n- Dr. Sonali Patil: Professional IEEE member
 \, Professor\, and HOT\, IT at PCCOE\n- Dr. Priya Gokhale: Chair WiE Affin
 ity Group\, Pune section\n\nOutcome:\n\nAt the end of this program\, parti
 cipants are able to\n\n- Manage their Personal and Professional Life\n- Ma
