 e Women in Circuits and Systems (WiCAS) event is a\nthree-week-long event 
 designed to promote career development for IEEE CASS\nmembers\, with a par
 ticular focus on women\, minorities\, and those in early\ncareer stages. T
 he event is organized by WiCAS\, a subcommittee of the Board of\nGovernors
  of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society.\n\nThe event will start with a 
 bootcamp\, which will be spread\nout over several days. This bootcamp is d
 esigned to provide attendees with\nhands-on training and workshops on a va
 riety of circuits and systems topics\,\nmainly about exploring artificial 
 intelligence. The bootcamp is intended to\nprovide attendees with practica
 l\, real-world skills and knowledge that they can\napply to their careers.
 \n\nThroughout the three-week period\, attendees will have the\nopportunit
 y to participate in a variety of activities aimed at fostering\nacademic a
 nd professional growth. One of the main activities will be the\ndiscussion
  boards\, which will provide a platform for academics\, industry professio
 nals\,\nand other experts to share their insights and experiences with att
 endees. These\ndiscussions will cover a wide range of topics related to ci
 rcuits and systems\,\nincluding current research trends\, industry challen
 ges\, and emerging\ntechnologies.\n\nIn addition to the discussion boards\
 , there will also be an\nartificial intelligence competition that will run
  throughout the event. This\ncompetition will allow attendees to showcase 
 their skills and knowledge in the\nfield of AI\, and to compete with their
  peers for prizes and recognition. The\ncompetition will be open to all at
 tendees\, regardless of their level of\nexperience\, and will provide an o
 pportunity for participants to learn new\nskills and collaborate with othe
 rs.\n\nFurthermore\, The event will be attended by many important guests\,
  including engineers\, entrepreneurs\, IEEE TUNISIA SECTION and academics 
 from various fields . We believe that their presence at our event would be

  also help to promote the importance of Women in Engineering and encourage
