DESCRIPTION:On March 9th\, 2023\, in celebration of International Women&#39;s D
 ay\, a seminar was organized by IEEE SIESGST student chapter Women in Engi
 neering (WiE) at SIESGST college to empower and inspire women in Engineeri
 ng to take entrepreneurship. The seminar featured three successful female 
 entrepreneurs as panelists who shared their experiences\, challenges\, and
  successes in their respective industries. Over 100 Students attended the 
 seminar.\n\nThe seminar commenced with an opening speech by the event orga
 nizer Mr. Chinmay Gawas\, highlighting the significance of International W
 omen&#39;s Day and the need for gender equality in entrepreneurship. The three
  Panelists were Jaya Janardhan\, Sonia Dubey Dewan\; Dr. Vidhi Bhanushali.
  The panelists shared their journey of becoming an entrepreneur and proble
 ms they while pursuing it. They emphasized the importance of passion\, res
 ilience\, and continuous learning in entrepreneurship. They also shared th
 eir experiences of overcoming gender biases and societal expectations as a
  woman entrepreneur.\n\nThe panelists also answered questions from the aud
 ience\, which ranged from funding challenges\, work-life balance\, overcom
 ing gender discrimination\, and building a strong support system. The disc
 ussion was engaging\, informative\, and inspiring\, with the panelists sha
 ring valuable insights and advice for aspiring women entrepreneurs.\n\nThe
  seminar concluded after an hour with a closing speech by the event organi
 zer\, highlighting the importance of women&#39;s participation in entrepreneur
 ship and the need for gender-inclusive policies and support systems. The p
 articipants left the seminar feeling motivated\, empowered\, and inspired
