 trant with GeoTags without any post-production editing. • Take and submi
 t a photograph with a suitable caption of not more than 3-4 lines. The siz
 e of the photo should not exceed more than 10MB. Each participant can send
  only one photo. • Entries will be judged by the judging panel constitut
