DESCRIPTION:The Providence Section is hosting an afternoon of sailing on Ju
 ly 29\, 2023\, from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm aboard the three mast schooner Liber
 té out of Falmouth Harbor. You&#39;ll sail in the general area of Nantucket a
 nd Vineyard Sounds. Advance non-refundable reservations are required. Pric
 es: Student Member and one guest: $20 each\; All other members and one gue
 st: $35 each\; Additional guests: $40 each\; Young guests\, age 7-18: $20 
 each\; Children: age 6 and younger: no cost. These prices are the same\, f
 or the most part\, as the last time this event was held in 2019. However\,
  in some cases\, the prices are substantially cheaper than those of 2019.\
 n\nThere is very limited parking on site. Those arriving by hired tansport
 ation will receive beverage coupons. If driving\, please utilize your smal
 lest vehicle or please carpool. There is a parking attendent to receive yo
 u and assist with parking.\n\nAt this point we are only requiring COVID ma
 sks for visiting the restroom down below. If you don&#39;t have a mask\, one w
 ill be provided.\n\nThe Liberté is a magnificent 3-masted schooner which 
 plies the beautiful waters of Cape Cod and the Chesapeake Bay. During the 
 summer it ties up at the Clam Shack\, just inside the mouth of the harbor 
 in Falmouth\, MA. It is 74 feet long with a spacious deck and plentiful on
 -deck seating including room for wheelchairs.\n\nSoft drinks\, beer\, wine
  and mixed drinks are available on board at the cash bar. Attendees may wi
 sh to bring along their own snacks\, light food or water. We have a liquor
  license which prohibits our guests from bringing their own alcohol. We ke
 ep our prices reasonable.\n\nKeep in mind that it is often cooler on the w
 ater than on land\, particularly on windy days. You might want to bring al
 ong a sweater or jacket. Comfortable shoes are definitely encouraged\, hig
 h heels are not. Sunblock is also recommended.\n\nATTENTION: Cape Cod is a
  tourist destination and access via either the Bourne or Sagamore bridge i
 s expected to be slow. Allow ample time for your drive and arrive at the d
 ock not later than 1:00 pm. If you are running late for the departure time
 \, please call the Liberte office at 508-524-9121 to inform us.\n\nIn case
  of bad weather and the captain decides that the passengers will be in dan
 ger or discomfort\, we will cancel the trip. All IEEE reservation fees wil
