 he membership count. The team decided on conducting various activities to 
 increase the number of students who come forward to join IEEE. The promoco
 des available were decided to be put into better use. The group also discu
 ssed multiple methods in which the benefits can be increased for the exist
 ing members. The involvement of the society advisors was talked about. Dif
 ferent volunteers’ involvement and activities were discussed. The last i
 tem on agenda was to discuss the various activities held by all the societ
 ies. The societies were given instructions on how to conduct future events
