 ncing in politics and business\, two fields that have historically been co
 ntrolled.\n\nOn March 25 at 8 p.m. (BD local time)\, two sessions were hel
 d on the topic of what opportunities will\n\nbe available for women in the
  future. There were 62 participants\, from them 56 were IEEE members.\n\nT
 he Keynote-speaker was Celia Shahnaz\, Professor EEE\,BUET\,2023-24 Chair 
 of IEEE WIE\n\nShe told us about the IEEE Women’s in Engineering.\n\nThe
  Panel-speakers was Esmat Ara Sarkar\, Technology Financial Management (De
 puty Director)\, Technology Financial Management\,Technology\,Banlalink an
 d Farha Tanjeem\,General Manager\,senior HR Business Partner Grameenphone 
 LTD\,Vice-Chair IEEE WIE Affinity group (IEEE Bangladesh Section)\,Ms. Ash
