DESCRIPTION:Join us Sunday\, July 23 for the annual IEEE Northern Canada Se
 ction Barbeque at Dawson Park (10298 89 St NW) in Edmonton from noon to 2 
 pm. This event is 'free' to IEEE members and their families. In order to r
 educe the number of no-shows\, we are charging $10 per adult and you will 
 then be refunded your $10 at the venue. Please indicate the number of chil
 dren attending in the 'Special Requests' field. There will be hamburgers (
 meat\, halal and vegetarian) as well as soft drinks and snacks. This is a 
 sheltered site with an adjacent open space so bring your Frisbees\, Soccer
  balls\, etc. We are planning to host kids' soccer and adults' volleyball 
 games with the net set-up. Registration closes Friday\, July 21 at 5 pm. H
