This conference is an excellent opportunity to exchange new ideas and applications in the field at national and international leve ls. Moreover\, this conference provides a venue to promote and support col laborative research projects. ICABME'23 will include advanced researchers in Biomedical Engineering by invited keynote speakers. This conference is considered as the official scientific conference for the IEEE EMBS Lebanon Chapter and will be hosted and organized in 2023 by the faculty of engine ering at La Sagesse University\, Beirut Campus\, Lebanon.\n\nIt will be a great pleasure to invite you to participate in this conference.
