DESCRIPTION:The Claire and John Bertucci Nanotechnology Laboratory is a pre
 mier research facility located at Carnegie Mellon University. The &quot;Nanofab

  highly qualified technical staff members and is responsible for more than
  $10M/year in cutting-edge research.\n\nThe tour will include a walkthroug
 h of the 8\,500 sqft. Class 10/100 cleanroom which houses state-of-the-art
  controls\, 19 wet chemistry decks and tools for lithography\, film deposi
 tion\, etching\, metrology\, annealing\, and more. Dinner will be provided

 BOOTS. NO FUZZY OR DUSTY CLOTHING. PPE including a gown\, shoe covers\, ho
 od\, gloves\, and safety glasses will be provided. This facility is highly
  sensitive to particulates so please avoid clothing that may produce parti
