 allons of water annually to approximately 100\,000 people in the norther C
 olorado area. The Plant is a conventional water treatment plant (pretreatm
 ent through flocculation/sedimentation)\, with filtration and chemical add
 ition. The Plant treats water from both the Colorado Big Thompson project 
 (CBT) through Horsetooth Reservoir and from the Cache la Poudre River. Tha
 t plan is staffed and operated 24/7/365 by a staff of 22 dedicated water t
