DESCRIPTION:The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) Kerala Chapter organiz
 ed a dynamic Student Branch Chapter Chairs Meet as part of the IEEE SPS Da
 y celebrations\, held at KMEA\, Ernakulam. The meeting was held from 2:30 
 to 4:00 PM and was attended by 20 participants.\n\nThe event began with a 
 welcome address by Prof. Reshna S\, Chairman of the IEEE SPS Kerala Chapte
 r\, who expressed her gratitude to all the participants for their presence
 . The meeting was hosted by Thomas K Gimmy\, Student Activities Chairman o
 f the IEEE SPS Kerala Chapter\, who ensured the smooth flow of the event.\
 n\nDuring the meeting\, each chapter representative presented their update
 s\, including the events they intended to conduct\, proposals submitted\, 
 and recently concluded activities. This session facilitated collaboration 
 and knowledge sharing among the chairs.\n\nRuben Mathew\, Treasurer of the
  IEEE SPS Kerala Chapter\, gave a presentation on INCEPTION\, providing an
  overview and emphasizing the importance of active participation from all 
 members. He also encouraged the Student Branches to follow through with th
 e activities planned as part of INCEPTION. He addressed concerns related t
 o reporting and explained the process of submitting reports and using Vtoo
 ls for reporting purposes.\n\nThomas K Gimmy\, the Student Activities Chai
 rman\, reminded everyone about the importance of celebrating SPS Day in th
 eir colleges. He highlighted the significance of this year&#39;s celebration\,
  as it marked the 75th anniversary of SPS. He encouraged active participat
 ion and engagement from all members to make the event successful.\n\nThe C
 hairs Meet also included a grievance and redressal session\, where the cha
 irs and representatives discussed the challenges they faced in conducting 
 events\, applying for proposals\, and other related issues. They were offe
 red guidance and solutions to address their concerns\, ensuring the smooth
 er functioning of their respective chapters.\n\nSalih Yoosaf\, Membership 
 Development Chairman of the IEEE SPS Kerala Chapter\, delivered a presenta
 tion on SPS opportunities. He discussed various scholarships\, travel gran
 ts\, calls for papers\, and conferences available to members. He provided 
 information on applying for funding\, including chapter funding and growth
  funding. He elaborated on the different cycles of funding\, emphasizing t
 he importance of availing of such opportunities.\n\nTo conclude the event\
 , the members celebrated SPS Day\, commemorating the 75th anniversary of S
 PS. The gathering provided a platform for networking\, knowledge sharing\,
