 cieties and low-cost societies with members of SB and requested each and e
 very department member to join any of the societies regardless of the depa
 rtment.\n\n- The SB Counsellor Dr. G. Saritha discussed the events of the 
 previous month and shared a success note on making IEEE Yesist’12 23 a g
 rand success.\n\n8.The chairman and vice chairman motivated the members to
  actively come up with new ideas.\n\n9.Members shared their thoughts and i
 deas for the upcoming Events.\n\n10.Dicussion was made on the Event Summer
  Fiesta.\n\n10.The SB Counsellor Dr.G. Saritha welcomed opinions from all 
 members and\n\nencouraged them to actively promote the event and make the 
 necessary preparations for it.\n\n11.Uthirashree – SB Secretary records 
 the minutes of ExCom and other societies.\n\n12.Reena - Vtools handler sho
 uld check Vtools whether events are updated or not.\n\n13.Jayavardhini –
  Editorial lead over seeing the editorial quality pre-publication.\n\n14.S
