 ested to efficiently the use the membership benefits provided.\n\n5.Societ
 y chairs are requested to explained the events conducted in their societie
 s. And advised them to submit the report of every event.\n\n6.Discussed ab
 out the free societies and low-cost societies with members of SB and reque
 sted each and every department member to join any of the societies regardl
 ess of the department.\n\n- Dr. G. Saritha\, the SB Counsellor\, addressed
  about the activities from the previous month and presented a success repo
 rt on Yesist&#39;12 23\, congratulating all the volunteers who put on efforts 
 to make the event a grand success.\n\n8.The chairman and vice chairman mot
 ivated the members to actively come up with new ideas.\n\n9.Members shared
  their thoughts and ideas for the upcoming Events.\n\n10.Dicussion was mad
 e on the Event Summer Fiesta.\n\n10.The SB Counsellor Dr.G. Saritha welcom
 ed opinions from all members and\n\nencouraged them to actively promote th
 e event and make the necessary preparations for it.\n\n11.Uthirashree – 
 SB Secretary records the minutes of ExCom and other societies.\n\n12.Reena

 \n13.Jayavardhini – Editorial lead over seeing the editorial quality pre
 -publication.\n\n14.Sripathy – social media handler requested to update
