  and Frequency Control Society (UFFC-S) was founded in March 2023. The Cha
 pter aims to provide UFFC-S members with opportunities for professional an
 d personal growth as well as network with the local\, vibrant UFFC communi
 ty.\n\nOur guest speaker for our September Tech Talk will be Dr. Matthew O
 &#39;Donnell. Dr. O&#39;Donnell is Dean Emeritus and Professor of the Department o
 f Bioengineering at the University of Washington in Seattle. He is a long 
 time contributor to the field of medical ultrasound. He has received a wid
 e range of awards and honors throughout his career in both academia and in
 dustry\, including the IEEE UFFC Rayleigh Ultrasonics Award that represent
 s the highest honor for achievement within the IEEE UFFC-S in the field of
  Ultrasonics.\n\nDr. O&#39;Donnell will present on &quot;Air-coupled ultrasound dev
 ices and their use in optical coherence elastography of the eye and skin.&quot;
 \n\nThis meeting will be hosted by our friends and colleagues at Philips H
 ealthcare. The meeting will be hybrid. Please register so that organizers
