DESCRIPTION:This report provides an overview of the “Ideation Competition
(All Kerala)” planning to organize in collaboration with multiple IEEE
Student Branch (SB) Chapters of NSSCE . The competition aims to foster inn
ovation\, creativity\, and collaboration among participants from across Ke
rala. This report outlines the event details\, phases\, and objectives.\n\
nEvent Overview:\nThe Ideation Competition (All Kerala) is a joint initiat
ive undertaken by IEEE SB NSSCE and it’s several SBC’s IEEE PES SBC NS
SCE\, IEEE PELS SBC NSSCE\, IEEE IAS SBC NSSCE\, IEEE IES SBC NSSCE\, IEEE
EDSOC SBC NSSCE and IEEE SIGHT AG NSSCE This collaboration reflects the c
ommitment of these chapters to promoting technological innovation and idea
 tion.\n\nEvent Phases:\nThe competition comprises two distinct phases:\n\n
Phase 1: Calling Project Ideas\nIn this phase\, participants from various
institutions across Kerala are invited to submit their innovative project
ideas. The scope of these ideas covers a wide range of technological and s
ocietal challenges. Participants are encouraged to think creatively and pr
opose ideas that address real-world problems. This phase serves as the fou
ndation for the subsequent stages of the competition.\n\nPhase 2: Selectin
g Best Ideas and Offline Presentation\nDuring this phase\, the submitted p
roject ideas are rigorously evaluated by a selection committee consisting
of experts from relevant fields. The evaluation process considers factors
such as innovation\, feasibility\, potential impact\, and alignment with t
he competition’s theme. Participants with the most promising ideas are s
hortlisted to proceed to the next stage. As a part of this phase\, a nomin
al registration fee is introduced to ensure the commitment of participants
. The collected registration fees contribute to the prize pool\, which inc
entivizes participants to showcase their best work. Shortlisted participan
ts are then invited to deliver offline presentations to the selection comm
 ittee\, highlighting their project’s significance and feasibility.\n\nFu
nding and Implementation:\nFollowing the selection of the best project ide
as\, these projects are given the opportunity to apply for funding. The fu
nding application process involves presenting a detailed plan for project
implementation\, resource allocation\, and expected outcomes. Projects tha
t demonstrate potential for societal impact\, technical innovation\, and f
easibility are considered for funding approval. Once approved\, the select
ed projects embark on the implementation phase\, wherein they receive the
necessary resources and support to turn their ideas into reality. This sta
ge involves close collaboration between the project teams and the organizi
ng IEEE SB Chapters. The meet was attended by the Execom members of all col
 laborative Chapters.\n\nNSS College of Engineering\, Palakkad \, Palakkad\
