 r. Kim will lead a discussion on his life-long experience and perspective 
 on AI from technical and societal view. His unique view on AI\, ML\, and D
 L stems from the deep understanding of the technology and his philosophica
 l understanding of technology revolutions. He will facilitate a discussion
  of the meaning of intelligence\, collective intelligence\, optimization\,
  and societal impacts. The talk will be tailored for technical audience wi
 th understanding of high-school level mathematics.\n\nBio\n\nAs life-long 
 innovator\, Dr. Jonn Kim has worked as a researcher\, engineer\, program m
 anager\, CTO\, and CEO for various organizations including NASA\, start-up
 s\, and a multi-billion dollar corporation. He is currently serving as CEO
 /CTO of Geeks and Nerds who specializes in technologies for national secur
 ity\, and led the company to win numerous national awards including INC 50
 00\, US Chamber of Commerce\, and IEEE. He serves on the advisory board of
  Vanderbilt University Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and 
 as a entrepreneurship mentor for Vanderbilt Wond’ry. He frequently lectu
 res on topics on entrepreneurship\, artificial intelligence\, and social c
 hanges. He studied AI and DL in graduate school and continues to maintain 
 technical leadership in these areas. He received PhD in Electrical and Com
