DESCRIPTION:An industrial Visit was conducted on the 6th of October\,2023 f
 or all the IEEE members to the "International Advanced Research Centre for
  Powder Metallurgy and New Materials” Balapur\, Hyderabad. The main moti
 ve for organizing this industrial visit was to inform students of how Disc
 iplinary Equipment runs in industries\, their maintenance\, and troublesho
 oting so they can have exposure to the Industry. The students were divided
  into batches so that the officials could effectively explain what work th
 ey do in the industry. At first\, they showed us the lab where they make s
 alts and sol-gel machinery. They acknowledged us with different types of c
 oating methods like dip coating\, electroplating\, etc. After this\, they 
 took us to show different types of furnaces and their workings for differe
 nt types of metals and objects. after the furnaces\, they showed us honeyc
 omb ceramics which they specially make in various forms for their customer
 s in India and out of India\, and told us about its working and advantages
  too. they also gave us a glance at sol-gel machinery.\n\nAgenda: \nTo cre
