DESCRIPTION:Information System Contingency Plan (ISCP) A Success Story\nPre
 sented by Rob White\n\nDeveloping an Information System Contingency Plan (
 ISCP) is a process of preparing the information system to continue to prov
 ide services – even under extreme circumstances. This presentation will 
 review the steps taken to prepare the financial systems of the FBI to cont
 inue to provide necessary services. The steps taken are general and theref
 ore relevant to information systems of other agencies and organizations. T
 he hard work is in the planning and preparation\, so that the execution is
  easy. This is the essence of the presentation\, because when the situatio
 n is critical – it is already too late to plan.\nRob White is a Computer
  Scientist with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. From his days as a Bo
 y Scout\, he has taken to heart the motto “Be Prepared”. Mr White has 
 a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS i
 n Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.\nThe first half
  of his career\, Mr White built systems for various organizations\, includ
 ing: Texas Instruments\, American Airlines\, US Navy\, and several telecom
 munication and transportation companies. In 2006\, Mr White joined the FBI
  and has worked in several capacities as a Computer Scientist or Computer 
 Engineer. Mr White is a recipient of the 2015 Attorney General’s Award f
 or Information Technology for his work on the financial systems within the
