Borba is a Researcher at the Area of Inerti al Sensors and Trajectory Tracking at the Federal University of Campina Gr ande in Brazil. Paye is the Former President of the XXVII CONEIMERA UNA PU NO and a Finalist in the ASME Environmental Division System Contest.\n\nBo th speakers gave inspiring talks on the theme of "Leveraging technology fo r a better tomorrow." Borba discussed her work on using inertial sensors t o develop new technologies for navigation and tracking. Paye shared her ex periences as a young engineer working to solve environmental problems.\n\n In addition to the keynote talks\, the event also featured a panel discuss ion on "Connecting\, Contributing\, and Leading: Exploring the Rewards of Volunteering in IEEE Congresses."
