DESCRIPTION:- Membership Drive:\nWe set up a counter near the food court f
rom 3rd October to 7th October and cleared all their doubts and issues. We
were also be discussing the potential benefits and opportunities that the
y were encountered during our membership.\n\n-\nSocial Awareness Event-:\n
\nThe objective of this event is to raise awareness about road safety and
promote safe driving practices among the students of UPES.\n\nThe event wa
s held on 4th October \, 2023\, from 2:00 PM to 3:00PM in the auditorium o
f the UPES Bidholi campus.\n\n-\n- Technical Event:\n\n"Circuit Craft: Un
leash the Circuitry Magic"\n\nOn September 29th\, 2023\, the UPES IEEE Stu
dent Chapter\, in collaboration with the Electrical Cluster\, hosted an el
ectrifying event titled "Circuit Craft: Unleash the Circuitry Magic\,” f
ocused on Traffic Light\n\nand Road Safety Awareness.\n\nCo-sponsored by:
Electrical Cluster\n\nAgenda: \n- Membership Drive:\n\nThe membership dri
ve was a success\, exceeding the goal of increasing membership by 20%. New
members were recruited from a variety of 1st years from different streams
like computer science\, design \, health science and many more.\n\nWe get
over 50+ registration our main thing in desk was our electric wire game w
hich we made it as well as displaying about IEEE and past events through c
raft work\n\n- Social Awareness Event:\nThe event aims to educate student
s about: Traffic rules and signals \, safe crossing \, seat belt and helme
t use \,speed limits \, distractions \, drinking and driving and vehicle m
aintenance . Had a presentation on above mentions which we projected .\n\n
- Circuit Craft: Unleash the Circuitry Magic -:\nThe event featured a comp
etition in which students had to create a traffic light circuit using elec
trical and electronic components. There were 8 teams\, comprising 24 brill
iant minds\, competing to assemble a fully functioning traffic light circu
it in record time (40 minutes).\n\nThe circuit assembly process was guided
by our Lab Faculty Volunteers. These students demonstrated unwavering ded
ication and exceptional skills. It wasn't an easy task—circuits were che
cked\, rechecked\, and fine-tuned but their passion remained steadfast!\n\
