DESCRIPTION:1-Welcoming the committee members\n\n2-MD:\n\n- Discussion of t
 he mechanism for determining the percentage of active members in each soci

 hat demonstrate the effectiveness of the members.This happens every Saturd

 ith all applicants to join the IEEE organization. The committee consists o
 f the branch committee and the society committee that the applicant wishes
  to join. This is because technical skills alone are not sufficient\, and 
 the selection of individuals with good manners and social intelligence is 
 equally important as high ratings in tasks.\n\n1-Presentation: Members are
  divided into groups of five from different society \, with each team give
 n a different topic to research. The goal is to enable members to introduc
 e themselves properly and promote communication among all members from var
 ious societies . The reviewing committee consists of a supervisor for the 
 topic/project presented and one member of the committee.\n\n- IEEE Day Pro
 jects:\n\nAll projects are under construction until now but are about to b
 e completed.\n\n3- PR:\n\nDiscussion of the communities&#39; courses that will
  be offered on IEEE Day\, which will be announced on 10/21. The courses an
 d speakers are ready in all communities except the RAS community.\n\n4- Di
 scuss restructuring the office before new members join\, immediately after
  completing IEEE Day\, to make it a place qualified for work and study onl
 y. Rules for seating in the office will be printed and hung on the office 
 walls.\n\n5- Social Media:\n\nAnnouncement of IEEE courses on 10/21 within
  an hour.\n\n6- Space and Electronics Society:\n\nThe application to estab
 lish a space community has been accepted\, and they are currently searchin
 g for an advisor for the community.\n\n7- Branch Drive:\n\n- Emphasis on t
 he importance of regularly updating\, while considering coordination and o
 rganization. It&#39;s necessary for each member of the committee to ensure the
 y have access to everything related to them\, as mentioned in the initial 
 roadmap.\n\n8- Secretary:\n\n- Confirming the need to update on vTools\, c
 oordinate with the community chairs\, and notify those who are delayed.\n-
  Agreement with the MD to provide a Technical Writing workshop for the Sec

 reels about projects and work within the communities\, with speakers prese
 nt.\n\nPosters to be placed in various locations within the university.\n\
 nRoll-up banners and brochures that include a brief explanation of IEEE an
 d all communities\, the announcement of IEEE Day\, and the events that wil
 l take place on the stage\, ensuring they move to different buildings thro
 ughout the week to reach all students.\n\n-2 Day IEEE projects should be r
 eady by 10/22\, with the requirement of having a simple project with the b
 ranch&#39;s name.\n\n-3 T-Shirt:\n\nAdoption of the same design as last year a
 nd discussion with the Community Chairs to determine the number of individ
 uals who do not have one.\n\n-4 Extension of electricity to the field.\n\n
 -5 Stage events:\n\nOpening ceremony (9-11)\n\nPoetry\, a brief introducti
 on by each Community Chair\, a performance\, announcement of the Space Com
 munity\, and Sumo competition.\n\n(11:30-1:30) Moving to the field.\n\n(2:
 00) Sumo\, Kahoot\, awards\, and closing ceremony.\n\n-6 Awards:\n\nRegist
 er attendees&#39; names before entering using a barcode and draw names using a
  roulette at the end of the event.\n\nDistribute awards within the chairs.
 \n\nAwards for competitions held at the booths and expect Sumo.\n\n-7 What
 sApp group:\n\nTo confirm attendance at the event for the distribution of 
 discounts on seats.\n\n-8 Confirmation of community chairs that need roll-
 up banners\, printed materials\, and T-shirts\, with a quantity limit duri
 ng three days and a single recommendation.\n\n-9 Organizer&#39;s form:\n\nEigh
 t members from each community will be selected with the help of the chair 
 to distribute them among competitions\, the stage\, and external arrangeme
