 SB and its activities. She also introduced the guest\nspeaker\, Ms. Ravdee
 p Kaur Gandhi . Ms. Ravdeep is a visionary leader with over 25 years of\ne
 xperience in microbiology\, marketing\, and law. She has held significant 
 roles in renowned MNCs\nand organizations like Ranbaxy Pharma\, Becton Dic
 kinson\, and PATH. Her expertise includes\nprivate-public partnerships in 
 public health and a strategic\, creative approach to problem-solving.\nShe
  also has a notable track record in managing India and international marke
 ts\, with a focus on\nbusiness development and marketing strategy. Ms.Ravd
 eep shared her insights on leadership skills\nand ethics with the audience
 \, emphasizing the importance of both in the journey of personal\ndevelopm
 ent. She spoke eloquently about the need for leaders to be ethical and pri
 ncipled in their\ndecision-making. She encouraged the students to develop 
 their own leadership skills in order to\nmake a positive impact on the wor
