Several examples will be illustrated and discussed\, and the resolu tion steps and the compromises taken into account will be explained.\n\n2/ Workshops:\n\n* Development of courses in aeronautics and Artificial Inte lligence.\n\nThis workshop aims to bring together EMAN experts to generate a list of skills needed in their workplaces and to discuss them with the teaching staff of Moroccan faculties and schools while explaining their co ntexts and the necessary requirements in terms of knowledge and tasks to b e performed.\n\nThe workshop will be organized in such a way as to allow t he experts to identify the maximum number of work skills in aeronautics by drawing on their rich experience of working in reference companies in thi s field\, to share them with the teaching staff and finally to reflect tog ether on the activities and evaluation tools to integrate into the curricu lum to ensure that the student has acquired the targeted skills.\n\n* Skil l-Up challenge design.\n\nThe objective of this workshop is to rely on the skills identified during the Development of the curriculum in the aeronau tics workshop\, to propose possible extensions of the Skill-Up challenge t o first target other skills not considered today\, and also to open the ch allenge to other student profiles to be able to work in a multidisciplinar y team\, such as computer science\, electrical\, management and other stud ents.\n\nThis workshop aims to encourage EMAN experts and its partners to explore ways to extend the Skill-Up challenge for a better impact at the n ational level. Also\, to expand the experience more students benefit after the success of the pilot project held in Fez on a national level.
